Flowers School of Technology and Management (FSTM) is a professional learning, research, development and innovation hub established in Ghana to advance human capital development, technological capability, and organisational excellence across Africa and beyond. Although proudly rooted locally, our community and impact are global. With an international faculty drawn from leading universities and industries worldwide, FSTM delivers high-impact capacity-building programmes that equip professionals, executives, and institutions with the competencies required to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and interconnected world.

We serve as a capacity-building partner, supporting organisations through professional development, executive education, corporate training, bespoke consulting, sustainable development initiatives, and applied research. As a provider of digital, blended, and on-site professional education, we design short-term, non-degree programmes that strengthen leadership capacity, enhance technical competence, and support strategic transformation across both public and private sectors. FSTM does not currently offer degree or diploma-awarding programmes; instead, our programmes are structured as professional development pathways, capacity-building workshops, and non-academic certificates that support workforce development, entrepreneurship, technology adoption, and organisational growth.
