QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is an integrated business improvement methodology that maximises shareholder value by achieving the fastest rate of improvement in customer satisfaction, cost, quality, process speed, and invested capital. It is a set of proven concepts that have saved adopters millions of dollars without capital investment. Lean Six Sigma ensures a combination of customer satisfaction, cost leadership, and risk control that is capable of creating shareholder value in most market conditions.

APPLICATION

The application of Six Sigma principles combined with the speed and agility of Lean will produce solutions in the never-ending quest for better, faster, cheaper business processes. The Lean bank will strive to improve continuously, from the front line up, and will be able to increase its productivity year after year. Reducing cycle times on customer transaction, backend and frontend operations; and reducing ineffective handoffs ensure that the reclaimed capacity is channeled into new and more productive activity.
