Yugank Bhardwaj, MBA
Yugank Bhardwaj is an international management professional and executive educator with more than fifteen years of experience spanning engineering, finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and higher education. As Director for Flowers Global in the South East Region, he leads strategic partnerships, corporate training initiatives, and innovation projects that advance Flowers’s mission of building industry-ready leaders for a sustainable world.
Before joining Flowers, Yugank held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Commerzbank AG, Innoplexus Consulting, and Docplexus Online Services, where he directed large-scale programmes in finance, performance improvement, and digital transformation for clients such as Novartis, Merck-Serono, 3M, and the British High Commission. His portfolio includes strategic revamps for public-sector institutions, financial-inclusion schemes for MSMEs and start-ups, and entrepreneurship policy formulation across India’s states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
At Flowers, he designs and delivers programmes in Project Management, Sustainability Management, Change Management, and Innovation Management, bridging academic insight with practical enterprise strategy. His teaching and consulting emphasise ethical leadership, system thinking, and performance transformation through data-driven decision making.
