The Coat of Arms or Logo of Flowers School of Technology and Management is composed of core resentational components described as follows:

Referring to our status as a centre of technology, innovation and excellence, the 4 cogwheels represent constantly driving excellence, progress and innovation for the advancement of the humankind and the world.
The large horizontal golden curl in the mid-section, bearing three (3) leaves on both sides of the shield that are held by the symbolic initial (F) of Flowers School of Technology and Management, holds the belief that in all our endeavours to advance and achieve excellence in management of technology for the betterment of humanity and the world, we are still “Under Construction” and that Flowers School of Technology and Management will continue to play its role in both upholding the ethical values of the cause and book of knowledge contained within the shield.

The Offices of the Council, Provost, President and the overall Trademark Monitoring Task Force continue to work as a team to identify and copyright infringement, misrepresentation, misuse of Flowers School of Technology and Management and its associated Institutional trademarks or Intellectual Properties. If you become aware of or suspect anything that, in your judgment, constitutes copyright infringement or misrepresentation of the Flowers School of Technology and Management name, please do not hesitate to report your observation. We can assure you that we observe all ethical protocol in reporting a matter and would therefore keep your personally identifiable information in strict confidence.

It is to be understood that the omission of a copyright or trademark or registration (name, logo, etc.) does not represent a waiver of any of Flowers School of Technology and Management's intellectual property rights in any of Flowers School of Technology and Management's copyrights or trademarks.
