Daniel Agyapong, LSSMBB, CQE
Daniel Addae Adjepong, MSc, CQE, CSSBB, PRINCE2®, is a business-improvement professional, quality engineer, and executive trainer with more than fifteen years of cross-industry experience spanning manufacturing, telecommunications, management consultancy, and higher education. As Director of Dexterity Consult Ltd in Ghana, he has led training and deployment of Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Project Management, and Corporate Strategy programmes for organisations such as Vodafone, MTN, Fan Milk, Fidelity Bank, Sandvik Mining, and the National Petroleum Authority.
At the University of Professional Studies (UPSA), Daniel lectures on the MBA and undergraduate programmes, covering courses in TQM, Quality Planning and Assurance, and Process Improvement. He also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer with Lancaster University Ghana, teaching Operations and Management Studies. Earlier in his career he managed fixed-network transformation projects for Vodafone Ghana and led business-improvement engineering initiatives for Howard Hunt Group UK, achieving multi-million-pound cost savings through Lean Six Sigma process re-engineering.
Daniel is recognised for bridging industry practice and academic scholarship. His work promotes operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centred transformation—core pillars of his professional mission to align commercial and engineering priorities for measurable results.
